Here in El Paso, we have Barnes & Noble with a mediocre and pricey CM
section.  The one bright light is a Wherehouse - which has a used CM CD
section.  I recently picked up Garnder's recording of Britten's War Requiem
for half price.  Other than that, it's the internet.
