No. I'm half-sure he never performed it, along with DLVDE.  In those days
the disease of "cycleitis" was unknown.

Those who want information as to what Mahler is (has been) available should
look at Vincent Mouret's excellent site.  Most of the site is in French but
you don't need to be bi-lingual to appreciate the work that Vincent put
into the Mahler discography:
