Pricing is based upon the number of concurrent users you wish to
be capable of hosting at your institution.  Acquisitions isn't my
department, but I believe we pay about $1,800 annually for our
subscription.

Individuals can subscribe for ~$300/year or $30/month.  Pricey, but
reachable for most who *really* want or need it.

We also have the print edition of course.  I find myself using the print
edition more often when I know which article I need, but the keyword
searching available online is unbeatably useful for research.  Students
can also pull it up in their dorm rooms at four in the morning, which
they love when they realize their not going to get that Schoenberg paper
done before we close at 11pm.
