I have a very positive impression of Cala.

I bought their CD of a Piano & Orchestra version of Mussorgsky's Pictures,
and the last track would not play without skips on several CD players.  I
either wrote or call them and they sent a replacement along with another
free disk and said to just keep the defective one.

You don't always find such service.

PS - The Pictures is great!!
