Not in the microtonal - BTW there are always the quarter-tone studies
for two pianos by Ives and IIRC one of the two pianos in his 4th symphony
is tuned at a quarter tone - but in the area of tunings, LaMonte Young's
monumental Well Tuned Piano, which lasts, in the composer's own performance
and recording around 5 1/4 hours.  According to the notes it took something
like two weeks to prepare the piano before the recording.

OOP now I suspect, but you may find a copy in a library.
