There are quite a few recordings in addition to those mentioned there.
E.g., "Stravinsky Conducts Pulcinella" with the Columbia Symphony Orchestra
(Columbia MS 6881/ML6281), recorded December 14, 1953 in Severance Hall,
Cleveland.  I wonder which orchestra might have been used in this
recording.
