My "blind spots" must be Vivaldi and Mendelssohn.  I assume their music
is great, because so many classical music enthusiasts love their works.
But for me, Vivaldi offers mediocre melodies and Mendelssohn is emotionally
superficial; their music just bounces off of me like a ping-pong ball.
That's the prime reason I never review their recordings.
