I think in artur rubenstien's autobiography he mentioned being tested for
pitch by a teacher who played some tricky chords and he had to name the
individual notes.  At this point in his development I don't think he had
much or any background in theory.  Thats perfect pitch if I have ever heard
of it.  Once again, an incredible talent.
