Saxon, but a gentrified rendering.  The dialect, proper, is much more
distinctive.  What we have here is miore of a Saxon _accent_.  The giveaway
is the shift of the kkk sound of Hochdeutsch into the ggg sound in
Saxonspeak.  But the text also contains some other characterstics.
