After years of not needing them, I now find myself in a situation
where I have to get some good headphones so I can appreciate my classical
recordings. I live in a house where the white noise of refrigerators
or clothes washers and dryers frustrates appreciation, even though I
have awesome speakers. So, I have decided I NEED some headphones. Years
ago I had Beyerdynamic "cans" that I really liked. I had selected them
after auditioning Bennheiser and Grado sets as well. Then a post from
someone on the forum mentioned the Sennheiser EH 150. My problem is
that I don't have anybody even remotely close that sells these so I could
audition them before making a purchase (and people don't usually let you
return used headphones). So I am seeking input from the forum as I shop.
