A friend sent me the posting

   http://inkpot.com/classical/mahvncon.html

Does anyone know anything about this. Supposedly it was discovered last
year in Mengelberg's apartment last March and completed? compiled? by
Cooke. Is this a joke? There is a fragment of the score listed in the
article...in the unlikely metere of 16 32.

I find no mention of it anywhere else.

Is this another one of those April Fool's Day jokes?
