There's another one (I think it's complete and who knows about
whether it's available) but from what I've heard of it, I can't
recommend it: Ludovit Rajter with the Radio Bratislava Symphony. 
I like the conducting, but not the sound or playing.

Of the two mentioned above, again judging from the ones I've heard
from each, I'd go with Luisi hands down.
