No one has yet mentioned the Teldec with Sinopoli and the Staatskapelle
Dresden (Moser, Voigt, Larmore, Weikl, Riegel, and Brandauer doing the
vocals), which is the one I have.  When CDs are recommended on this list,
I almost always find that the disk I have is not among the ones the
cognoscenti prefer, but I like this version anyway, and the liner notes
are very informative.
