I have three favorites:

Michael Tilson Thomas on CBS/Sony
Ormandy also on CBS/Sony
Fruehbeck on EMI

There is also a version by (I think) Kegel, that has been referred to as
the only one that faithfully observes Orff's score.  I have no idea about
how to get it.
