It is indeed no big task to meet Kevin's challenge on post 1962 music.
My own list includes much already menioned- but I will add

   Panufnik- Arbor Cosmica
   Norgard - Third Symphony
   Maw- Odyssey, Violin Concerto
   Ruders- Second Symphony
   Schnittke- Viola Concerto, Concerto for Piano and strings
   Rzewski- The People United will never be defeated
