It is nice that people in the US get to see Vilayat Khan in his old
age.  I am definitely one of his partisans in the never-ending sitar wars.
However, his concerts now show only a shadow of his former self.  Including
Zakir Hussain -- a cheap trick specialist there to wow the ignorant -- is
always an indication a concert will be less-than-serious.

So, anyway, if others went to see something musically special and were
turned off, note that this was not the "real" Vilayat Khan.
