Man, I love that disk.

Prokofiev's Op. 3 Phantome and A. Tcherepnin's No.4 of the Seven Etudes
Op. 56 (1938) seem similar in "spirit", at least to these uneducated
ears.  They even have somewhat similar endings.  To surmise that they
came from the same person would strike me as reasonable.  (I mean the
pieces, not the ears.)
