One film it which it famously did *not* appear was Dangerous Moonlight
(1942).  Although the producers had planned to use the Rach for some reason
they couldn't get permission, so instead they commissioned a conertante
work in that vein from Richard Addinsell, and thus was born the Warsaw
Concerto.
