I've been managing a business relationship with contacts in Spain and Argentina and find Google Translator really helpfull. Best to use a simple sentence structure. We go back and forth in Spanish. Their dialogue translated to English is very clearly understood, and they tell me the translation to Spanish is well understood also. Havent used it for scientific or medical but I suspect it is well worked out for those segments also
