A great diary for this is the 10 year gardeners journal available from Lee Valley Tools. Each dated page has sessions for 10 entries. You enter the year, min max temp, circle icons for the weather, and then I use it to make entries about when certain blooms appear, when bees where cleansing in winter, when I split, etc etc. Three years in to it now its interesting to see the patterns. Certainly this year, many things bloomed 2-4 weeks earlier it seems
