Yes, I used them for years, am very familiar with them, and found them to be
the best way to apply OTC.
I still use them if I wish to control an outbreak of AFB.

I still feel that the evidence, though circumstantial, is very strong that
their MISUSE (constant application) strongly selected for OTC-resistant
bacterial strains.
