If my conversion is correct, that amounts to about 2.4 tsp/qt or about 9.6
tsp/gal or 3.2 Tbsp per gallon. If you search for a vinegar recipe on the
web, the different amounts are broad in range from less than half to double
the amount. Plus a variety of way to mix it including boiling which is a
double no-no.. Blind leading blind.

In my search I ran across Alan Dick who had a great repartee with a
beekeeper who questioned his referencing the Bailey study on winter feed
and Cream of Tartar. The guy said, "I never heard of Cream of Tartar
killing bees and I kept bees for years". Alan's response, "Well now you
have."
