Bob Harrison asks "Does a way exist to make a
cheaper call to Austrailia?"  That is, cheaper than $4 a minute!

I pay $.40 a minute for calls to Australia!  Just plain old AT&T.  I
pay $.14 a minute for US calls.  More than a lot of others for US
calls, but I also get good quality all the time.
