Actually I skimmed the article and nothing jumped out at me.

I did not have the patience to try to understand the subleties, but I am betting if 
one of the active or latent writers here on BEE-L -- and there are quite a few 
accomplished writers reading here -- spent a few hours with the article and a 
keyboard, he/she could make a few hundred bucks with an interesting article that 
a number of magazines would snap right up.  Personally, I have no time to write 
for money and scarcely enough time to write just for the love of it, but there is
an opportunity here.
