We use dampened towels warmed in the microwave placed on top of soda bottle of hot water and covered with dry towel.
My wife Sharon (she runs the cell operation and coordinates sales) also puts dampened towels in the dryer to warm them up. 
The big liter soda bottles work good. So does the hot water bottle. (see Jaunse)
