I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE CREAMED HONEY WITH FRUIT. I UNDERSTAND THAT I MUST USE A
HONEY WITH A LOW MOISTURE BUT I DONT HAVE A REFRACTOMETER.
IS THERE A SIMPLE METHOD TO TEST MY HONEY FOR THE MOISTURE CONTENT WITHOUT
THIS $275.00 METER?
HOW MUCH FRUIT PUREE SHOULD I USE AND SHOULD IT BE DEHYDRATED?
