Mike in LA asked: Where do you get your numbers? And what do you use to adhere them to the
ueen's thorax?

This isn't really necessary as each queen bears her own bar code!
Generally I just apply a blob of paint coloured for the appropriate year to the thorax.
My notes will tell me her number and if I find an uncoloured queen in that hive then there has been supersedure
or I have lost a swarm.
You can buy numbers and glue from appliance manufactuers and I used some a couple of weeks ago marking
not queens but drones. I have some photos of the process but would need step by step instructions to make them
 available to all!
Chris
