I think you should either use the 3 gallons for a project
around the yard or resell them to someone who has
a practical need for these wood presevatives that have 
enabled millions of treated telephone poles and railroad
ties to last decades. 

3 gallons is not going to have:
"Broad  spectrum affects on animals, fish, algae, etc.  
Inhibit a lot of biological processes in soils and water. 
Air and water pollution  problems."
