I think that is beside the topic under discussion which brought up that
mention, which is how people see what they expect to see until someone
actually takes a critical look.

The point was that the physical difference is so obvious that anyone
observing both, or pictures of both, should have immediately seen that
physical dissimilarity.

Quite a few on the list were around at the time and when the discovery
was made, wondered, what took so long.
