AC 3 phase with variable control is not that expensive. I'm waiting for
quotation ;)

I hope honey in the frames before un capping will be around 40°C, while the
extracting room to be around 30°C, so I imagine machinery would be at that
temperature after a couple of hours of operation.

Not sure yet of the effect of 1/8 of the heating going to the bottom of the
receiving tanks. Hope to keep increase a  bit from those 30°C

I say "1/8 of the heating" since I am using a 4 way manifold, three of them
going to the heating room and the fourth is split in two and runs under the
tanks.
