Grant;     I agree with you when you say it is bad that we have to think of being sued over so many things.  But I personally would not give someone bees so that they could get themselves stung.  I use the old Hee Haw song about "If it weren't for bad luck I'd have no luck at all" as my anthology.  Because we live in such a litigous society I have a large policy for product liability on my honey, as well as 3rd party coverage.  I don't want to risk everything I've worked for on some bad luck
