Standard dimensions are readily available.  Try "The Hive and the
Honeybee" (Dadant...any modern edition).   "Langstroth" hive is normal in
North America.  You should find this book in your local library.
I assume you are starting out and have no equipment to copy....you could
always BUY a new super and use it as a pattern.
