If you want to plant something that will make a lot
of honey then plant Sainfoin (esparette (sp?))
Onobrachis viciafolia or O sativa
Very hard to find seed/inoculant
I have grown 4 acres successfully, 12 not so (O viciafolia)
Do NOT use 24DB, lime if needed (to neutral)
Seedling is as fragile as trefoil seedling is
Bloom can last 1 month, honey quality medium, quick soft granulation
Can add a box/hive (9.5) easily
