I posted this on Allen's forum of one of my bees bringing in pollen.

http://webpages.charter.net/tvaughan/brininginpollen.html

The odd thing is, she stopped on the landing board, and began fanning. So
my question is, which stage in a bee's life comes first, fanning or pollen
gathering? Perhaps she was in transition?
