I did what I could with what I had, including my limited talents and capacity for what it takes, to communicate with people outside of eshpa by e-mail and other means of communication.

Mark,  based on watching several years of your communication,  I would say you talents are not limited.

Be advised,  that no matter the outcome,  you will hear a lot of grief.  Unless you manage an outright ban,  and state funded planting of all lands in pretty flowers,  you will have been deemed a failure to many.

Rest assured though  there are lots of others who have faith in what you do get done,  and will look for your feedback on the issue.

I would say,  thanks for getting involved.  Having seen a lot of your post on thoughts over the years,  I deeply question your sense of humor,  but you have been thoughtful and aware and unbiased.  (just kidding about the humor thing....)
