Not in New York, although the state beekeepers are considering filing for a
Special Local Need permit.  My understanding is that EPA is also reviewing
one of the inert materials in the strips and said review may take up to 60
days.  It is highly doubtful that MAQS will be available in the Empire State
for use in 2010.
