*If* commercial beekeepers start getting *dinks* back from almonds in March
then interest will disappear . Strong returning hives are the draw more so
than the pollination fee (personal experience).

I plan on being in Texas as I usually do when hives return from almonds.
Splits are made and brood sold. Poor hives returning from almonds is big
problems for many northern beekeepers working bees in Texas in spring.

One  thing which never changes in commercial beekeeping is *change* .
Failure to adapt and you are out of business.

I hear almond growers are interested in using systemics on trees like is
used on other crops. Just saying?
