Randy and All,
Very well explained and happy it was not into the detail of gene and loci . It can get very difficult to even think about a time line on Evolution. 
 Many years ago I spent 5 days with Steve Taber. He had a wealth of knowledge. Then I bought Tom Rinderer's Book , Honeybee Genetics. After 3 years it looked to me that had a lot to do with chance. We have more tools now, but Man better go slow because results can have two sides. We don't need another problem.
