There's a database to track the payments, so there's no need for
speculation.
One of their summary bullet points on the main page is:
"Ten percent [of US farms] collected 75 percent of all subsidies."

It does not take much imagination to discern what sort of entities own and
run that top 10 of farms with the largest acreages who can get that 75% of
the subsidies.
