NO!

 at least PMRA  is going in a proper direction
 it's a start and moving things forward in a  POSITIVE WAY!

the msds reads that the lubricant is polyethylene and it works!  about 1/8
cup per seedload.
much has been done and is continuing to be done by all on the CRDC

It's a matter of the beekeepers doing their part also.  It's called
cooperation, communication and compliance.
Apply those three "C"s and perhaps and just perhaps the nay sayers may
become silent .
