> James, you fail to point out why this is a problem??

I was only pointing out that the matter was clearly not "he said, she said".
That dismissive phrase had been offered as if it were an accurate
assessment. It wasn't.

I guess it is for each person (and/or federal prosecutor) to make up their
own minds (and/or subpoenas) about the implications of overtly criminal acts
(and conspiracies to commit criminal acts) as applied to the pesticide
approval process. Anyone who thinks that wiretapping phones and falsely
accusing judges of accepting bribes is "business as usual" is certainly not
someone with whom I'd ever do business.

So, once it is proved not to be "he said, she said", it is "whining"?
Seriously?
But you have to offer some evidence to support any claim that it is "common
practice".
