Allen is correct. The word capensis was carefully avoided until I asked the
first question of her  in the question part after the talk. I wanted to be
sure Dr. Hoffman was referring to capensis like traits.

She said yes.

From the slides these bees looked like capensis. Not yellow like scuts.
I left the talk concerned.
