2.75 gallons water,  1.25 gallons 95% formic  in a 5 gallon bucket.

40 ML dry lock pads soaked till they drip,  one right in the brood chamber every 5/7 days repeat 3-5 times (Ontario website says 5 min)  I am seeing good results with 3


No brood kills or queen issues despite temps in the 90's

Wear a respirator and face shield,  and watch carefully for splashes.


I have had good results so far with 1 pad per hive.


And if your quick,  no smoker needed.  Crack and drop and the acid fumes mess with the bees enough they are calm with few exceptions.
