The requirement that the beekeeper move the hives at the drop of a hat is an
open admission that the pesticide applicator intends to overtly violate the
law by letting his spray drift.


Mark,  can you expound on that?  What is the Law up there regarding said
drift?  Here the rules are simple,  take all steps to minimize and avoid
humans,  and no spraying when winds are over 20mph.
