Dick's comment.... "There is a standard recommended practice on how to deal with empty pesticide bottles and any used spray equipment."

I hadn't thought about what the sprayer had been used for previously. I was so purple I didn't think of asking. I will retrace tomorrow although it may be a bit late. I'm pretty sure they won't spray anything near those hives again though. Once the elderly residents found out what happened, they almost attacked the grounds manager. They are going to pay for the nucs I'll put in this spring. It is not uncommon to see a dozen or so residents sitting in folding chairs watching bees and a few have suited up with me. For that reason I won't move them.
