This is the paper which lead to the inclusion of oxalic into Annex II -
Establishment of maximum residue limits of veterinary medicinal products in
foodstuffs of animal origin. Of more interest to the utilization of oxalic
acid by beekeepers is on the site you know very well:

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and see: Evaporation of oxalic acid -
A safe method for the users? Those kind of rules are strictly followed in
Europe.
