Fat-free recipe for whole wheat bread for use with bread-making machine:
 
HONEY WHOLE WHEAT--NO FAT

honey                   2 tbs           3 tbs           1/4 c
salt                    1/4 tsp         1/3 tsp         1/2 tsp
whole wheat flour       1 cup           1 1/2 c         2 c
bread flour             1 cup           1 1/2 c         2 c
yeast                   1 tsp           1 1/2 tsp       2 tsp
 
 
Personal note:  I have make this recipe several times and it never
yielded a disappointing loaf.  It is one of my favorite bread recipes.
