I Googled both lemongrass and spearmint EOs and there may be a reasonable
explanation why HoneyBHealthy works. Both oils have some anti-fungal
properties. Spearmint also has some anti-bacterial properties but much less
than Oregano or Thymol.

In essence, HBH has the same qualities as Oregano and Thymol (antifungal and
antibacterial) but less effective.
