The "100 Reporters" article cited in the New Yorker article has actual
images of the documents where Syngenta employees discussed not only the
multi-faceted campaign to discredit Hayes, but also the hiring of a private
investigator to investigate the members of the EPA Scientific Advisory Panel
and a sitting judge (!).

This level of documentation in  a widely-circulated article provides us with
