To those living near/in wine vineyard areas - I'm in East Bay Area, CA.

I am seeking information on cover crops and pasture management to provide quality forage and habitat for honey bees in vineyards near my hives. My desire is to show vineyard owners/operators that with minimal effort they can benefit (pest/weed control, fertilization, public perception, etc.) by adding bee friendly quality forage to their vineyards (not to mention improving my honey take) and possibly aiding them in setting up colonies on the property to take advantage of environmentally friendly neighbors.

I'm going to look at UC Davis' web site to see what they have but if there are people out there that have experience/info that they will share I'd appreciate the input.
